ongoing pinhole discovery

pinhole images often bring these dreamy, ethereal, with a gritty’sh texture to them.

the long exposures that i’m having to make forces time. most of that forced time is in the framing.

rarely is there something the camera can be rested on.  this is where the soft, muted images with interesting blurs and flares popup.  it sort of offers an alternative perspective from traditional photography.

i love the whole process in taking a pinhole image because of the encouragement for creativity and experimentation. The final images are often one-of-a-kind and evoke a sense of mystery, inspiring emotion and artistic interpretation.
